Privacy Policy

This website is run by Karina Kutuzova (trading as KKarina), a sole trader based in Edinburgh, United Kingdom. I am the data controller for any personal information collected through this site. You can reach me at karina.artist.edi@gmail.com.

I only collect what I need to fulfil your order and reply to you:

• Your name and email address
• Your billing and shipping address
• The details of your order
• Any message you send me through the contact form or by email

I do not see or store your card details. All payments are processed securely by Stripe (see below).

• Stripe— handles all card payments. Your payment details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on this site. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Resend — sends your order confirmation and my order notification emails.
• My website host, which stores the site and processes requests to serve these pages to you.

I use your information to process and deliver your order, to communicate with you about it, and to keep the records I am legally required to keep. Under UK tax rules I retain order and transaction records for up to six years. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to answer you.

This site keeps your basket in your browser’s local storage so it isn’t lost between pages — this stays on your device. When you check out, Stripe may set its own cookies on its secure payment page. I don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

You have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to or restrict how it is used. To exercise any of these, just email me. You also have the right to complain to the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
