Shipping & Returns

Every order is prepared and packed by hand with care. Please allow 3–5 daysfor me to get your order ready before it is dispatched. I’ll email you once your parcel is on its way.

You choose your delivery region at checkout, and one shipping charge covers your whole order:

• United Kingdom — £7
• Europe — £15
• Rest of the world — £25

Delivery times vary by destination and postal service. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Every piece is packed carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, please email me within 14 days of delivery at karina.artist.edi@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage.

As a consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order for an original artwork within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

• Let me know by email within 14 days of delivery that you wish to cancel.
• Return the work within 14 days of telling me, unused and in its original condition and packaging.
• Return postage is paid by you, and I recommend a tracked, insured service as the item is your responsibility until it reaches me.
• I'll refund the price of the work within 14 days of receiving it back (or of your proof of return).

A3 giclée prints are printed to order, and commissions are made specifically for you. Because these are made to order or personalised, they are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right and can only be returned if they are faulty or arrive damaged. Digital guides are non-refundable once the download has been accessed.
